HBS Whew Chile Jerk Sauce

Use as a marinade for all meats, poultry, vegetables, and seafood. Add in for rice dishes, pasta dishes, and potatoes, or simply use it as a topping sauce on any dish.

Ingredients: Water, Scallions, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Salt, Pepper, Honey, Brown Sugar, All Spice, Nutmeg, Thyme, Citric Acid, Smoke Flavoring, Apple Cider, Tomato Paste.
